As a scriptwriter in the crossover shadow puppet play “Painted Skin

Wrote a play entitled ”Painted Skin,” which was funded by the Beijing Art Fund and performed at the XianFeng Theatre and the LongFu Theatre in Beijing.

Introduces

This play is jointly produced by the 2017 Beijing Culture and Art Fund, Zhe Teng (Beijing) Culture Communication Co., Ltd. and Xi Nian Xing (Beijing) Culture Communication Co., Ltd., another cross-border puppet produced by Han Feizi Drama Club The play “Painted Skin” will premiere at the Longfu Theater on April 29. “Painted Skin” is also the finale performance of the first Longfu Drama Month! And This is Provincial and Ministerial Projects.

Han Feizi Theatre Company, a private theatre company dedicated to shadow puppet production and performance for nearly 20 years, is an innovative team that has been diligently exploring how traditional shadow puppet plays can be performed across borders in modern times. In August last year, the company’s experimental shadow puppet play “Water in the Golden Mountain” was successfully performed at the Small Theatre of the National Theatre of China, and an academic seminar was organised for experts and scholars after the performance.

The Puppet Play “Painted Skin

This year, another cross-border shadow puppet play “Painted Skin”, jointly produced by Beijing Culture and Arts Fund 2017, Cheteng (Beijing) Cultural Communication Co Ltd and Xi Nian Xing (Beijing) Cultural Communication Co Ltd, and produced by Han Fei Zi Theatre Company, will have its premiere at the Longfor Theatre on 29 April. The production will premiere at the Longford Theatre on 29th April and will be the finale of the first Longford Theatre Month!
